- A one hundred Georgia Treasury Note issued during the Civil War era.
Nickname or Vignettes
- The center is the state arms surrounded by a coiled rattlesnake, the portrait at the left end is Governor Joseph E. Brown.
Date & Place of Issue
- February 1, 1863 from Milledgeville Georgia. These 100.00 notes were all signed by T. J. Bloodworth as Comptroller General and Jno Jones as the Treasurer.

- 11234 A

- Profesionally graded by PCGS at Very Choice New 64 and with the Premium Paper Quality designation.

- The backs of this Georgia Currency have the one black treasury seal.

- GA CR-6, which means this is the regular type for this issue with one black treasury seal on the back.

- While this type of Georgia treasury notes are still fairly common, not many are as choice as this example. This is an opportunity to add one of the better notes of this type to your collection. I doubt if many grade better than this one, or has a nicer appearance.
