This note is of poorer quality and will make a good cheap filler note for your Virginia Collection until you can buy a better quality piece of this Confederate Money. I wouldn't recommend this Virginia note as an investment. I have more than one of these Virginia Treasury notes, so the one in the picture might not be the one you recieve, but all are the same good to very good quality.
