Confederate Money type 72 50 cents note featuring the bust of Jefferson Davis in the center. This was a fractional CSA note and grades uncirculated but has a couple very small pinholes and thin spots in the paper. This is Criswell variety 579 and the PF number is T72 PF2, which means this is from the 2nd series. Criswell has this variety as being quite a bit rarer than the the 1st series, but Fricke lists them both as R1 which means common. The back of this confederate money was plain and I did not post a photograph, but it is as per grade, with a couple small brown age spots.
