I notice one pinhole and a broad corner fold, keeping this from the unciruculated bracket. Criswell has this as SC09, Sheheen lists it as number SC07 with a rarity of R4, which means it is estimated that only between 26 to 50 of these South Carolina Treasury examples still exsist. The center vignette is of a palmetto tree. This bill states that The State of South Carolina Columbia, SC March 1872 Revenue Bond Scrip Receivable as One Hundred Dollars in payment of all taxes and dues to the State except special tax levied to pay interest on public debt.
