Pennsylvania Obsolete money from Wayne Co. 1.00 dated 2-8-1859 AU

A very nice 1.00 county issue obsolete money from the State of Pennsylvania from the county of Wayne. This bill is a little before the Civil War period, as it is dated February 8, 1859. The vignettes are of trains, in addition to the nice quality of this bill it has a low serial number of 23. The grade is almost uncirculated, but there are some small nicks out of the top border along with a couple pinholes. The terms of this scrip are as follows: Wayne County PA pay to William R. Longstreet or bearer one dollar out of the county rates and levies, then signed by the clerk and treasurer. The back is plain and nice as per grade.
