A nice small piece of change scrip in the amount of two cents issued by Pat Kelley's Restaurant and Livery Stables. This establishment was located at North 38 River Street, West Troy New York. This scarce civil war currency will grade uncirculated, it has a small vignette in the center of a horse pulling a small carriage. The date is January 20th, 1863, the back is plain and is as per grade. The picture shows the actual fractional currency from Pat Kelleys Restaurant and Livery Stables that is for sale.
