National Prohibition Convention Advertising Note Bank Augusta Uncirculated

This is a Souvenir of the National Prohibition Convention which was held in Columbus Ohio on July 15 and 16, 1908. This was also used as a receipt for one year subscription to the Southern Star of Atlanta Georgia. All of this is on the back of a real Bank of Augusta Obsolete Note in the denomination of Twenty Dollars and will grade choice crisp uncirculated. President James Madison is on the front of this bill, which has a serial number of 4633 but was never actually issued after it was printed, because it was not signed. A great advertising piece which is now over 100 years old.
