A nice dime fractional currency note from East Randolph Massachusetts which was printed on January 1, 1863 by E. W. Lincoln. Mr. Lincoln was a grocer and this scrip would have been used in his store. The terms are as follows: E. W. Lincoln, Grocer good for ten cents redeemable in current bank bills is sums of one dollar and upwards. This was a nicely done change note, at the left is a big oval portrait of George Washington, the back has a fancy green design.
