A nice remainder note from the Parish of Corncordia in the state of Louisiana. This Civil War parish note was dated during the early part of the Civil War on December 1, 1862 from Vidalia, LA. Even though grading extra fine, the paper is still very crisp like on a uncirculated example, however there is a small brown spot at the top along with some paper discoloring in that area, also a fold. The picture shows the actual Louisiana confederate money that is for sale, in addition a much larger view and the back of this obsolete civil war currency can be seen in the photograph gallery.
