License plates of the fifty states

In our license plate store we try to carry a selection of better quality license plates from all the 50 states. We stock passenger, motorcycle, truck and farm. At Deer Run Mercantile we stock license plates for your antique car, but before buying please check your state's laws concerning year of manufacture (yom), as each state has different laws. There is no way that we can keep up with all the yom regulations of all the different 50 states. Owners of muscle cars from the 1960s and 1970s are becoming big buyers of antique license plates for year of manufacture on their cars, as are owners of classic cars from the 1950s. The year of manufacture license plate is usually the finishing touch to a restored classic or muscle car and adds considerably to the looks of those vehicles. Other than for antique cars, all of our license plates are for collecting purposes only, we only sell license plates that are at least 3 years old. Most people like to collect their own state's license plates, a lot of people also try to collect their birth year or their whole family's birth date from all the states. Collecting license plates is a fun and inexpensive hobby and growing in popularity.
