1953C star two dollar legal tender US Treasury note professionally graded by PCGS at 64 PPQ which is premium paper quality. This Friedberg number 1512 is a star note with the signatures of Granahan and Dillon and only 360,000 were minted. The back of this US paper money features the Monticello, while the front has Thomas Jefferson. I have more than one of these 2.00 legal tender notes so the one in the picture might not be the one you will recieve, but all these US treasury notes will be the same PCGS 64 PPQ.
