A fifty cent note that was issued by the city of Wilmington Delaware during the Civil War on November 2, 1862. This civil war currency is well worn and will grade very good. This obsolete money states that twelve months after date the City of Wilmington will pay fifty cents to bearer in current funds when presented in sums of one dollar, then the serial number, 36845 was machine stamped. The back of this note is plain and shows wear as per grade.
