1996 Illinois License Plates National Bicycle Month

A set of unused 1996 Illinois special event license plates which will grade near mint. These tags commemorated National Bicycle Month which was the month of May. The color is white with blue and red letters and also with a red bike at the left end. The slogan Land of Lincoln is at the top, the state name and date are both located at the bottom. Special event plates could be used for a period of 60 days during the event in the state. I have more than one of these 1996 Illinois special event bicycle license plates, so the one you recieve might not be the one in the picture, but all are the same unused near mint quality.
