1993 Illinois License Plates Rank and file

Still in original wrapping, these specialty license plates were issued by the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles in 1993 and are New Old Stock in Near Mint condition. This Illinois passenger plates are red with black lettering and have 19ILLINOIS93 printed at the top with the DMV number below and Rank and File logos on either side of the plate number. The bottom of the plate says SECOND ANNUAL PICNIC JULY 17, 1993 and LAND OF LINCOLN at the very bottom. The state of Illinois issued both front and rear tags in 1994 and there are more than one of these tags in stock; however, all will grade in the same NOS Near Mint condition.
