1990 Illinois License Plates Vocational Education

Still in their original wrapper, this set of specialty license plates were issued by the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles in 1990 and as New Old Stock in Near Mint condition. These tags are white with red lettering and have LAND OF LINCOLN at the top with the Illinois Vocational Association logo in the the center with their 1990 logo to the left, which features a computer monitor in front of the American flag and says VOCATIONAL EDUCATION BUILDING AMERICA'S LEADERS. The right side of this car that has the DMV number of 146 and below in blue printing says "Illinois Vocational Association's 60th Annual Convention February 15-17, 1990, Itasca, Illinois. The state of Illinois issued both front and rear tags in 1990 and the photo above shows the actual plates for sale still in the original DMV wrapper.
