1989 Illinois License Plates Vocational Education

This set of Illinois passenger license plates are New Old Stock in Near Mint condition and are special Vocational Education license plates issued in 1989. The tags are a cyan blue color and have 19ILLINOIS89 printed along the top with a design that says VOCATIONAL EDUCATION THE COMPETITIVE EDGE in the center with the Illinois Vocational Association to the left. On the right is the DMV registration number of 162 with "59th Annual Convention February 16-18, 1989 Springfield" printed underneath. The state of Illinois issued both front and rear tags in 1989 and the photo above shows the actual license plates that are for sale.
