1989 Illinois License Plates Mid America Plate Association

An unused pair of 1989 Illinois special event license plates that will grade near mint. The color is cream with blue and red letters, a picture of President Abraham Lincoln is at the left. The state name and date are at the top and at the bottom is the slogan Land Of Lincoln. These special event plates were made for the Mid America Plate Association which was held in Springfield IL on August 4th and 5th 1989.
