1983 Minnesota License Plates

A pair of new old stock 1983 Minnesota passenger car license plates which are unused and will grade excellent to excellent plus. The color of these scenic tags are green, blue and white, with Minnesot, trees and a lake scene with a canoe all located at the top, while at the bottom is 10.000 Lakes and the boxes for the stickers.
