1976 West Virginia Map License Plate

This is the 1976 map base tag with the blue outline, who some believe was the best looking WV license plate ever made. The wrapper has Vacation in wild wonderful West Virginia and shows a boy fishing along rapid white water. Arch Moore was the Governor when this envelope was mailed out. The Department of Motor Vehicles Registration number is 9C - 2108 and only single tags were issued by the state this year.
