Pennsylvania Bicentennial License Plate dated 1976 in unused near mint condition. The color is blue with yellow, PENNSYLVANIA is at the top, Bicentennial State 76 is at the bottom and the Liberty Bell is in the center, being used as the divider between the numbers. There is also a T sticker in the upper right corner. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania was early with their Bicentennial celebration, these license plates were issued starting in 1971. In that year this license plate won ALPCA's Best License Plate for the year of 1971. Pennsylvania only issued single license plates in the year of 1976. I have more than one of these 1976 Bicentennial Pennsylvania License Plates, so the one you recieve might not be the one in the picture, but all are the same near mint, unused quality. All of these 1976 Pennsylvania license plates will also have the 39R prefix and the T sticker.
