A new old stock 1975 North Carolina Motorcycle License Plate which will grade excellent. Even though unused, these tags have some darkening of the white coating covering the metal. I have more than one of these 1975 North Carolina Motorcycle License Plates available for sale, so the one in the picture might not be the one you will recieve, but all are the same unused excellent quality.
