1974 Wisconsin Motorcycle License Plate

An unused new old stock 1974 Wisconsin motorcycle license plate which is in excellent plus condition. The color is white with red letters, WIS and 74 are both located at the top. The DMV registration number of this NOS bike tag is 29851. I also have another 1974 Wisconsin motorcycle license plate which is used and will grade very good, it has a slight bend at the top and some discoloration in the white paint. The odd thing about it, even though it is dated 1974, it also has a green 74 Wis sticker at the top.
