Virginia License Plates truck pair from 1970 in unused excellent condition and comes with the generic wrapper which most likely is original to the license plates. Both of these license plates have some rust along the left edge. There is also a paper that came between the license plates that explains about the uninsured motorist fee, it also has Keep Virginia Green and Don't be a litter bug. These license plates will look good on your old 70 pickup, check Virginia's YOM laws though, if you are buying for that purpose. The picture shows the actual license plates that are for sale.
