1970 North Carolina Low Number Tag

A vintage 1970 North Carolina passenger automobile license plate, with the low Dept of Motor Vehicles registration number of 195, will grade New Old Stock in Excellent Condition. It is difficult to find DMV numbers this low in states that don't divide their tags up by counties, such as NC. The color is cream with red letters, at the top is 19' '70 and at the bottom is the full state name.
