1968 Illinois License Plate

This set of automobile license plates was issued by the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles in 1968 and is Lightly Used Excellent condition. The color of these Illinois tags is white with red wording and has 18 printed in the top corners with LAND OF LINCOLN printed in between, the DMV registration number of 18-669 in the center and 19 ILLINOIS 68 at the bottom. The state of Illinois issued both front and rear car tags in 1968, and the photo above shows the actual set of license plates that are for sale.
