Colors - white with black lettering
Type of License Plate - passenger and with an added bonus of a low number being a 3 digit number of 484.
Condition - Unused excellent minus. These are new, but have a little bit of rust along the clear outer edges at places, which is visible in the photograph. These DC tags even have the most likely original wrapper which says these license plates may not be displayed before March 1st, but must be on the vehicle by midnight March 31st. Then on the other side the envelope tells you that D. C. Income Tax returns are due by April 15.
Back of License Plate - plain metal, with some slight rust spidering.
Registration Number - Low number of 484
