The color is black with white letters, the state abbreviation FLa and the dates 67 68 are both located at the bottom. Florida does have a year of manufacture law or YOM, but if want to purchase this tag to use on your 1967 or 1968 Harley Davidson, please check with the FL Department of Motor Vehicles to see if this plate is suitable for their YOM laws.
