An antique pair of 1963 Virginia Truck License Plates which are unused. Even though unused, these were stored improperly and there is a good bit of rust along the edges, but could still be touched up for YOM or year of manufacture purposes, but check with the dmv before purchasing for YOM use. The color is white with black letters with the full state name and date both located at the bottom. I have more than one of these 1963 Virginia Truck License Plates available for sale, so the one in the picture might not be the one you will recieve, but all are the same unused very good minus quality with rust on the edges.
