A set of 1963 Virginia License Plates which I believe are unused, however there is a slight mark around a bolt hole or two, it doesn't really look like wear, so I can't be 100% sure that these are new old stock. However, if they were used it was only for a week or two, as these auto plates grade excellent or better. The color is white with black letters with the full state name and date both located at the bottom. Virginia does have a year of manufacture or YOM law, so these can most likely be used on your classic 1963 automobile, but check with the VA department of motor vehicles before purchasing for yom purposes.
