1962 Alabama License Plates

A pair of 1962 Alabama license plates which are unused and in very good plus condition. Most of the downgrade is just rough manufacturing when the state made these tags, there is also a small black drip of something on one of them, which can probably be taken off with care and patience. The color is green with white lettering, the slogan Heart of Dixie is at hte top, a small heart the state name and 62 are all located at the bottom. This is the last year that Alabama issued their license plates in pairs, from 1963 until now, the state has only issued single tags for their automobiles. The DMV registration number of this set is 55 - 7482.
