This pair of 1960 Nebraska license plates are unused and grade excellent. The black paint is still glossy, there is some slight surface rust at a couple places, but hardly noticeable. The license plates are in a wrapper, but the wrapper is plain, so I can't prove that it is original to the license plates. The 1960 Kansas license plates were black with yellow lettering. The Beef State is at the bottom of these plates, at the top is Nebraska in the center, 19 at the left and 60 at the right. The State of Nebraska issued their license plates in pairs during the year of 1960. I have more than one of these 1960 Nebraska license plates pairs, so the one in the picture might not be the one you recieve, but all are the same unused excellent quality with generic wrapper.
