1960 Iowa License Plates

An antique pair of 1960 Iowa passenger automobile license plate which are unused and will grade near mint and come in their wrapper. The wrapper has a message from Governor Loveless about the safety program that was in place for the driver's of Iowa. The color of these NOS car tags is white with black letters, Iowa and 60 are both located at the top.
