Arkansas License Plate from 1960 which is in unused near mint conditon. The color is a very dark blue, in fact it is almost black, and the letters are white. ARKANSAS 60 is at the top and Land of Opportunity is at the bottom. The state of Arkansas only issued their license plates in singles during the year of 1960. The picture shows the actual antique 1960 Arkansas license plate that is for sale. I also have another 1960 with the number 72-1459 which is also in near mint condition, but has a small bump in the upper right, which has knocked off a little paint on the white edge. If you would want this tag instead, you can purchase like normal and then email that you want the 72-1459 tag instead and I will send it.
