1954 West Virginia Later License Plate

An antique 1954 West Virginia license plate which was issued later in the year because West Virginia changed their way of registration during this year and in the next year of 1955 there were no tags issued. The black plates with yellow lettering were the first issued this year. These are yellow with black letters and the expiration date is gone, these simply say West Virginia 54.
