Antique 1944 NC car tag WWII grading very good minus

This antique license plate from North Carolina from the year 1944 will grade very good minus. This tag still has most of its color, but does have some rust at different places. The color is black with yellow lettering and NORTH CAROLINA 44 is at the top. Due to the metal shortage during World War II, North Carolina only issued single license plates during the war year of 1944. This antique passenger automobile tag is also collectible as a World War II era license plate, as there are some collectors who collect the tags of the War Years. I have more than one of these antique 1944 North Carolina license plates available for sale, so the one in the picture might not be the one you recieve, but all will be the same very good minus quality.
