1931 Washington DC License Plates

A used set of 1931 Washington DC license plates which will grade good plus. Early sets from the District of Columbia are rare and hard to find in pairs. The color is black with yellow lettering, Dist of Columbia and the date 1931 are at the bottom. The registration number of this early pair is W-9483. The backs are black and the condition is about the same as the fronts.
