Condition - These aren't the prettiest plates, they will grade good plus. But they are very solid with not much rust, just crazing of the paint and something has spilled onto them. These could easily be restored if you want to use them for YOM purposes. They will look great in a collection just the way they are.

Notes - Early pairs from West Virginia are very scarce. If you have a 1925 Ford or classic car, then these could easily be restored to use for year of manufacture purposes.
