Condition - Good plus, while note pretty, these are a solid pair of license plates with very little rust. There is a slight small punch in one of the tags, but hardly noticeable. These plates would be good candidates for restoration.

Notes - These would be good plates to consider for using as Year of Manufacture on your antique 1923 West Virginia car. It is hard to find both of the plates to the early pairs, most were seperated over the years. But before buying for year of manufacture purposes, check the YOM laws of WV, as I do not gaurantee these tags for that purpose.
