1923 Kentucky License Plates

A rare early pair of passenger automobile license plates from Kentucky in the year 1923. These aren't the prettiest, but it is a complete set, the grade is good minus. The tag which still has some blue paint on the letters is still a good solid example, however the one that has no paint left, has a couple small rust holes in the metal at different places. The dmv registration number is 103887.
