1916 Massachusetts Motorcycle License Plate

A very early antique Massachusetts motorcycle license plate issued in 1916. I believe this is the first year for metal motorcycle license plates in MA. The color is white with blue lettering, this plate only grades good with faults as can be seen in the photo. I believe most if not all of the holes are as the plate was made. The DMV number of this early bike tag is 10889.
